I have a problem at work or an employment issue

Are you an employee and have a problem with your employment?
Are you an employee attending an employment tribunal hearing?

If yes to either, please see the options below.

Employment Law Telephone Advice Line (ELTAL)

BPP Pro Bono Centre’s Employment Law Telephone Advice Line (“ELTAL”) is a service which provides employment law advice to employees.

The ELTAL service covers a range of issues for example, if you have been dismissed or if you would like advice on raising a complaint against your employer.

Employment Tribunal Friends

If you are an employee attending an employment tribunal, this project can help by allocating two student volunteers to provide administrative assistance and moral support at your hearing.

The service is available in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London and Manchester, subject to student availability.

If you would like more information or to use this service, please contact us as soon as you receive your hearing date by emailing

Please note that BPP Tribunal Friends cannot provide legal advice or representation.
